Bravo! gives you a quick and easy way to deliver meaningful thanks to individuals and teams in real time. Bravo! has a variety of ways to recognise outstanding employees through a simple and user-friendly website. You have an array of different ways to accumulate points and turn them into rewards.
Peer-to-Peer Recognition – You can recognise and thank colleagues who have gone the extra mile. Recognitions are done either privately or publicly, and in real time for maximum impact.
Manager Recognition – Managers can award points to individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond in their role.
Special Recognition – Leaders can award points to projects and initiatives that have helped deliver on our corporate objectives.
Service Milestones – You are celebrated when you hit certain milestones in your Equifax career.

Other Recognition Programs

This award is a global recognition that recognises and awards, on a quarterly basis, employees who have had outstanding achievements consistent with the Equifax Strategic Imperatives in a manner that is consistent with our values.

The award winners are sourced from the quarterly One Equifax Awards and are honoured with an all-inclusive business paid trip for themselves and a guest. The event is hosted by the CEO and members of the Senior Leadership Team.

Spot bonuses or awards are monetary recognition for employees who have demonstrated significant contribution to growth, technical innovation, cost savings, leadership, talent development, customer services, or product innovation.
